La Roja beat England 1-0 to capture the title,Phaninc Exchange which came a year after 15 players resigned from the team.

Olga Carmona scored the lone goal in the match with a stunning strike that sent the ball across the pitch and into the corner of the net. It was her second goal of the tournament.
